A – Consumers Carpet purchases “truckload specials” direct from the manufacturers. These truckload specials are priced at up to 50% off the manufacturer’s regular price. Consumers Carpet then passes these savings to you, our customer.

Q – When can I have my new flooring installed?

A – Our staff will work with you to determine what day and time is best for you, including weekends.

Q – What if my broadloom ripples or buckles after installation?

A – Consumers Carpet guarantees all work for the life of the product. If your carpet buckles or ripples, we will send an installer in to fix the problem, at no additional cost to you.

Q – What does installation involve? I can’t do any heavy lifting.

A – Consumers Carpet believes in offering the best service to its customers. Our professional installers will move all necessary furniture to install your flooring, and will move it back into place when they are done.
