How can Consumers Carpet offer the lowest pricing on Flooring Products?

Consumers Carpet purchases “truckload specials” End of Lines, Discontinued Products and Containers direct from the manufacturers. These specials are priced at up to 50% off the manufacturer’s regular price. Consumers Carpet then passes these savings to you, our customer.

When can I have my new flooring installed?

Our staff will work with you to determine what day and time is best for you.

What if my Carpet ripples or buckles after installation?

Consumers Carpet has a limited guarantee on all  work done.

How long after placing an order would I have to wait for installation?

From time of order placed Consumers Carpet will have your flooring installed within 7 to 10 days. In some cases next day.

How do I maintain my carpet after installation?

– Avoid using beater bar on seams with Berber carpet (acceptable on Plush/Saxony carpet)

– Never drag furniture across carpet

– When steam cleaning never over soak the carpet

How do I maintain my Hardwood & Laminate Flooring after installation?

– Never soak your floors with mop or steam cleaners (swiffer recommend)

– Always keep humidity levels between 40% to 60% (Humidifier recommended)

– Put felt pads under all furniture legs to prevent scratching

– Acclimatise  Hardwood for 72 hours prior to install
